Biography
Marcus Diawara, am 2.Mai 1995 geboren, begann im Alter von fünf Jahren Klavier zu spielen.
Er studierte am Konservatorium in Wien Klavier, wo er sein Konzertfach-Diplom in Jazz und Popularmusik mit Auszeichnung absolvierte.
Marcus Diawara ist seit Beginn seiner Musikerlaufbahn außerdem auch als Komponist sehr aktiv.
Seine volle Konzentration gilt seinem Trio, in dem sich Modernjazz, Hip Hop, Swing, aber auch so genannte "odd meters" (ungeradzahlige Taktarten), Anleihen aus westafrikanischer Musik und klassischen Elementen vereinen.

Marcus Diawara, born on the 2nd of may 1995, began playing the piano at the age of five.
He studied Jazz and Popularmusic at the Conservatory of Vienna, where he finished with an "excellent" degree in performance.
Marcus Diawara is also very active as a composer.
His full focus is on his Trio, where Modernjazz, Hip Hop, Swing and
"oddmeters" (odd time signatures) combine inspirations from West African Music and classical elements.
